February 10, 2017 —20/20: Search for Independence, an international techno-thriller, written by Harold L. Brown, is the Grand Prize Award winner best feature screenplay, at the 2017 Mountain Film Festival February 2017.

SYNOPSIS:  An inventor with a “secret” prototype that can replace oil must reassess who he can trust as he struggles to survive Chinese, Canadian and United States forces vying to steal the technology and achieve global dominance.
